A Practical Background in Homes
Before real estate, I spent 15 years as a service manager for a window company and also gained experience in construction. That background gives me practical knowledge about homes that I can bring to conversations with buyers and sellers. I’m comfortable asking questions, looking closely at the details and helping clients better understand the property in front of them.
Hands-On From Start to Finish
When you work with me, you work directly with me. I don’t have a team that passes clients from one person to another. I’m personally involved from our first conversation through closing, whether you’re selling your home, buying your first home, moving up or building new.
New Construction Experience
New construction is an area where I’m especially hands-on. I’ve helped clients work through floor plans, finish selections and the progress of their builds. Combined with my construction background, that experience helps me guide buyers through the many decisions that come with building a new home.
Straightforward, Responsive Service
I believe good real estate service starts with being available and communicating clearly. I answer my phone and texts, and if I don’t know the answer to a question, I’ll tell you that and work to find the answer. I also value the relationships I’ve built with other local real estate professionals, lenders, builders and industry contacts who can help solve problems when they come up.

I serve clients throughout Fargo, West Fargo, Moorhead, Horace, Hawley, Detroit Lakes and surrounding communities. Having grown up in Detroit Lakes, I also have a personal connection to that area and enjoy helping clients explore homes and lake properties there.
